One of my responsibilities is supporting cooperation with third parties, including government agencies, institutions, associations, and other stakeholders. These activities include preparing, implementing, coordinating, and monitoring cooperation or agreements undertaken by the Regional Office. I also support the monitoring and evaluation of completed cooperation activities and compile the necessary materials to assess their outcomes and benefits.
In addition, I carry out media relations activities as part of efforts to establish and maintain good relationships with mass media. These activities are conducted through coordination and communication with various media outlets, including print, online, and television media. In their implementation, I am involved in preparing and conducting various activities, such as media gatherings, media visits, media briefings, tax classes for journalists, the dissemination of tax information, and the publication of press releases. These activities are intended to ensure that tax-related information is conveyed accurately to the media and subsequently reaches the wider public.
I am also responsible for preparing reports on public relations activities. In carrying out these duties, I align communication activities with relevant themes or issues, key messages, and communication tactics. I support the implementation and documentation of various communication tactics, including internal socialization activities, press conferences, media briefings, media gatherings, tax classes for journalists, media visits, press releases, responses or clarifications, talk shows, tax campaigns, social media publications, media interviews, meetings with third parties, and Tax Corner activities.
In terms of tax information publication, I also support the dissemination of tax-related information through various communication channels. I provide support in delivering information to the media through media relations activities and press releases, enabling tax activities and policies to be covered by mass media. I also assist in managing and preparing publication materials for the Regional Office’s official social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, as well as supporting publications through the official tax website, pajak.go.id. In addition, I support the development and publication of content through communication channels managed directly by the Regional Office, including podcast materials and outdoor media within the office environment.
I am also involved in the collection and receipt of regional-level ILAP data. In carrying out this responsibility, I support the coordination and receipt of data from Government Agencies, Institutions, Associations, and Other Parties (ILAP), particularly from municipal and regency governments within the jurisdiction of the Regional Office of DGT Central Java II. The data collected consists of regional data that forms part of the obligation to submit information as stipulated in tax regulations and cooperation agreements concerning the optimization of central and local tax collection. I contribute to the coordination, monitoring, recording, and administration of data receipt to ensure that the required data is received within the specified reporting periods.
Overall, my responsibilities cover coordination of cooperation with third parties, implementation and development of media relations, reporting of public relations activities, dissemination of tax information through various media channels, and the collection and receipt of regional-level ILAP data. I carry out these activities as part of efforts to support public communication, build relationships with stakeholders, expand the dissemination of tax information, and support the implementation of the duties and functions of the Directorate General of Taxes within the jurisdiction of the Regional Office of DGT Central Java II.
